Ingredients

  • 12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz

  • 24 Corn Tortillas

  • Shisho

  • Black sesame seeds

Slaw

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

  • Juice and zest of 1 Lime

  • 1 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste

  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Umeboshi Vinegar

  • 10 ounces Green Cabbage (shredded)

  • 5 ounces of Purple Cabbage, shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for slaw, and season.

  2. Fry tortillas until puffed and crisp.

  3. To serve, top each tortilla with 1 oz. slaw, 1/2 piece of fish, Sprinkle with shiso and black sesame seeds.
