Ingredients
12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz
24 Corn Tortillas
Shisho
Black sesame seeds
Slaw
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
Juice and zest of 1 Lime
1 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Umeboshi Vinegar
10 ounces Green Cabbage (shredded)
5 ounces of Purple Cabbage, shredded
1/2 Cup Cilantro leaves
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients for slaw, and season.
Fry tortillas until puffed and crisp.
To serve, top each tortilla with 1 oz. slaw, 1/2 piece of fish, Sprinkle with shiso and black sesame seeds.
