Fish Stick Musubi

Ingredients
4 Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks, prepared according to package instructions
1.5 cups cooked sushi rice
1 sheet of Nori
4 tsp tartar sauce
1 cup arugula
1 musubi mold (optional)
Directions
No Musubi Maker: If not using a musubi mold, prepare rice and hand-form form to the desired size and shape. Set aside to firm up.
With Musubi Maker: Cut the sheet of nori in half longways. Make sure the width of the 2 halves is the same as the length of the musubi maker.
Lay a 1/2 sheet of nori on your cutting board. Place the musubi mold across the nori in the middle. Put ⅓ cup of rice into the mold, then gently press the rice down using the musubi mold lid. Once that is done, remove the mold from the nori. (if not using mold, place nori strip down and place pre-formed rice on top.)
Next, place 2 Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks onto the rice. Add 2 tsp of tartar sauce and spread it along the fish sticks.
Pile some arugula on the top of the fish sticks.
Next, put another ⅓ cup of rice into the mold. Gently press down the musubi mold lid once more to flatten the rice into shape.
Finally, use your fingers to wrap up the fish stick musubi with the nori sheet. Gently close the nori sheet up and shape, using a grain or two of rice to fasten the sides of the nori together.
Repeat to make 2 musubis total. Enjoy!
