SEA LEGS® Surimi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Captain Jac® Real Simple Flake Style Surimi Seafood

  • 2 Celery stalks, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest

  • A few drops of Hot sauce

  • 4 New England style split top hot dog buns

  • 2 Tbsp Melted butter

Directions

  1. Combine the surimi, celery, lemon, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon zest and hot sauce.

  2. Brush the sides of the buns with butter and griddle until golden on both sides.

  3. Fill with the surimi mixture and serve.
