Wild Alaska Pollock Burmese Lettuce Wraps

1/4 cup Green onion, diced
1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Cream cheese
1 Tbsp Ground Chipotle chili pepper
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
12 each Baguette crostini
Place all ingredients except for surimi and sesame seeds in a food processor and pulse until combined. Lightly shred SEA LEGS® Surimi and place into the food processor and pulse briefly, 1-2 seconds each, until the surimi is fully flake and combined with cream cheese. Serve smoked surimi dip spread on toasted crostini garnished with sesame seeds.
