SEA LEGS® Wild Alaska Seafood Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 lb SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup green onion

  • 1/2 cup celery

  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp Chesapeake Bay style seasoning

Directions

  1. Make Seafood Salad: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Build: Melt butter in a large skillet and toast outside of split-top rolls on either side until golden brown. In each roll, evenly layer shredded lettuce and surimi salad. Serve with salt and vinegar chips or fries.
