Szechuan Peppercorn Wild Alaska Pollock Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Wild Alaska Pollock Diamond Cut, 0.36 oz, Skinless, Boneless

  • 3 lb String Beans

  • 6 Cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1.5 oz Ginger, shredded

  • 18 Dried Red Chiles

  • 3 Tbsp Szechuan Peppercorns

  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Steamed Rice

Directions

  1. Stir-fry Redi Cuts™. Set aside, covered.

  2. Stir fry garlic, ginger, dried red chiles, and peppercorns until fragrant. Add beans, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and salt. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until hot.

  3. Re-add Redi-cuts and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.

  4. Serve with rice.
