Ingredients
3 lb Wild Alaska Pollock Diamond Cut, 0.36 oz, Skinless, Boneless
3 lb String Beans
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
1.5 oz Ginger, shredded
18 Dried Red Chiles
3 Tbsp Szechuan Peppercorns
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
Salt (to taste)
Steamed Rice
Directions
Stir-fry Redi Cuts™. Set aside, covered.
Stir fry garlic, ginger, dried red chiles, and peppercorns until fragrant. Add beans, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and salt. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until hot.
Re-add Redi-cuts and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
Serve with rice.
