Ingredients

  • 1 lb SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood

  • 5 oz diced tomatoes

  • 3 oz diced poblano pepper

  • 2 oz diced red onion

  • 1/2 oz chopped cilantro

  • 2 oz mayonnaise

  • 2 oz lime juice

  • 1/4 oz kosher salt

Directions

  1. Combine surimi seafood, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.

  3. Add mayonnaise to the surimi mixture and fold lightly to combine.
