Ingredients
1 lb SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood
5 oz diced tomatoes
3 oz diced poblano pepper
2 oz diced red onion
1/2 oz chopped cilantro
2 oz mayonnaise
2 oz lime juice
1/4 oz kosher salt
Directions
Combine surimi seafood, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.
Add mayonnaise to the surimi mixture and fold lightly to combine.
