Louis Kemp® Delightfuller Crab Cake Bites

Ingredients
2.5 lb Louis Kemp® Super Shreds Surimi Seafood 7929692400
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup ½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3/4 cup Fresh parsley, minced
1/4 cup Lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
Directions
Prep: Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl or electric mixer. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Move to refrigeration and store until needed Assembly: Using a ½ oz scoop, portion and roll balls into 1” diameter pieces. Lay balls evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake in a 425° oven on low fan for 8-10 minutes. Service: Serve balls with tartar and cocktail sauce. Recipe courtesy of Nancy Fuller.
