Firecracker Redi Grilled™ Salmon Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
36 Pieces Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Salmon, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz
1 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
5 oz Carrot, shredded
2 oz Green Onion, thinly sliced
5 oz Red Bell Pepper (Julienned)
36 Green Leaf Lettuce (Whole Leaves)
Directions
Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Mix carrots, green onions and bell peppers.
For each serving toss the 3 salmon pieces in 2 tbsp. sauce.
Place each piece of salmon on a lettuce leaf and top with 1 oz. vegetable mix.
