Ingredients

  • 36 Pieces Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Salmon, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz

  • 1 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 Cup Ginger, chopped

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice

  • 5 oz Carrot, shredded

  • 2 oz Green Onion, thinly sliced

  • 5 oz Red Bell Pepper (Julienned)

  • 36 Green Leaf Lettuce (Whole Leaves)

Directions

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients.

  2. Mix carrots, green onions and bell peppers.

  3. For each serving toss the 3 salmon pieces in 2 tbsp. sauce.

  4. Place each piece of salmon on a lettuce leaf and top with 1 oz. vegetable mix.
