Crispy Wild Alaska Pollock nuggets are tossed in a bold Kung Pao–style sauce made with soy, hoisin, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Finished with roasted peanuts, sliced chili, and green onions, these bites deliver a perfect mix of heat, sweetness, and crunch.
Ingredients
18 oz Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets
¼ cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
½ cup roasted peanuts
1 red Fresno chili or red jalapeño, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Cook Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets according to package directions until hot and crispy.
Whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small saucepan; simmer 2–3 minutes until thick, glossy, and sticky.
Add hot fish nuggets to a bowl and toss with the warm Kung Pao sauce until fully coated.
Transfer to a shallow serving dish and top with green onions, peanuts, and chili slices.
