Ingredients
12 PubHouse® Golden Ale Beer Battered Wild Alaska Pollock 3oz
6 Cups Pineapple (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 Cups Red Onions (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Jalapeno Jam
1 1/2 English Cucumber, diced
3 Fresno or Jalapeno Peppers, minced
6 Tbsp rice Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
3 lbs French Fries
Micro Basil
Hawaiian Black Salt
Directions
Combine pineapple, onion, jam, cucumber, Fresno pepper, rice vinegar and season. Serve with cooked fries and Wild Alaska Pollock, sprinkled with black salt.
