18 oz Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
⅓ cup hot sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks
Carrot sticks
Directions
Prepare the Crispy Battered Sauceable Wild Alaska Pollock Nuggets according to package directions until golden and crispy.
While the fish cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, whisk in hot sauce and garlic powder until smooth and glossy.
Transfer hot fish nuggets to a large bowl and gently toss with the warm buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
