12 Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
2 tsp Ground Cumin
Salt & Pepper
12 Burger Rolls (split and toasted)
12 Cups Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)
3 Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
3/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
18 ounces Battered Onion Rings
Cilantro Sprigs
Prepare burgers and onion rings per package instructions
Combine mayonnaise, cumin, and salt & pepper.
Spread the mayo mixture on the cut sides of the buns. Add Romaine leaves, avocado, Pollock burger, BBQ sauce, onion rings and cilantro sprigs. Cover with the top of the bun and serve.
