Wild Alaska Pollock & Swiss Burger

Ingredients

  • 12 Wild Alaska Pollock Burger 4 oz

  • 12 Slices Swiss Cheese

  • 12 Seeded Rolls (split and toasted)

  • 24 Slices Bacon (cooked)

  • 12 ounces Hungarian Pickled Peppers (drained)

  • 1/4 Cup Hungarian Pickled Peppers Oil

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • Arugula

  • Salt & Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise with pickled pepper oil*.

  2. Grill or pan-fry burgers, top with cheese and melt.

  3. Spread the cut sides of the rolls with mayo mixture. Add arugula, 2 slices bacon, burger, 1 oz peppers and the top of the roll.

*Reserve the oil when draining the Hungarian pickled peppers.
