Beer Battered Wild Alaska Pollock

Ingredients
12 pieces Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, 4-6 oz, Skinless, Boneless, IQF
3 Cups Flour
3 Cups Cornstarch
3 Eggs
3 Cans Beer
1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
Directions
Add flour, cornstarch, beer, eggs, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.
Dip thawed individual Alaska Pollock pieces into the batter. Deep fry at 375°F.
Serve with French fries and dipping sauce.
