Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, 4-6 oz, Skinless, Boneless, IQF

  • 3 Cups Flour

  • 3 Cups Cornstarch

  • 3 Eggs

  • 3 Cans Beer

  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Add flour, cornstarch, beer, eggs, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Dip thawed individual Alaska Pollock pieces into the batter. Deep fry at 375°F.

  3. Serve with French fries and dipping sauce.
