Fish Stuffed Jalapeno Popper

Ingredients
1 cup Trident Ultimate Fish Sticks, prepared according to package directions
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
10 large jalapenos, cut in half lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Finely chop Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese.
Add green onions and Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks and gently stir in.
Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
