Our Potato Crusted Wild Alaska Pollock fillets combine a crispy crunch and flakiness in one delicious bite. Enjoy on a bun with your favorite sauce and toppings or for dinner with rice and vegetables.
Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place frozen fillet (s) in a single layer, cook for 15 to 17 minutes, flip halfway through cook time.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place frozen fillet (s) on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flip fillet (s) halfway through cook time.
Heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen fillet (s) until golden brown. Cook for 5.5-6 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
