Our Whole Wild Alaska Pollock fillets are made with Hop Valley Kraken Stash IPA, featuring a crispy battered outside and tender insides.

Crispy Beer Battered Alaska Pollock fillets are perfect in fish tacos, dipped in your favorite tartar sauce, or served alongside potato chips or fries.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.

Air Fryer

Set the air fryer temperature to 400 F. Place frozen product in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Lightly grease the air fryer basket to prevent sticking and cook portions for 18-19 minutes, flipping the product halfway through.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 450 F. Place frozen product on a lightly greased baking sheet lined with foil. Cook for 22-23 minutes. Flip the product at 14 minutes and again at 20 minutes for the perfect cook.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at or below 0°f until ready to cook.
