Our Crispy Fish Sticks are made with flaky whole fillets of Wild Alaska Pollock and topped with a deliciously crispy breading. They're perfect for tacos, sandwiches, or dipping. Easy, tasty, and always a hit.
Try our Crispy Fish Sticks wrapped in a tortilla with shredded cabbage, cheese and buffalo sauce for a spicy and quick meal.
Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place desired amount in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place frozen portions on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 10 to 11 minutes, turning fish portions halfway through bake time.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
