Shelf life: 18 months frozen vacuum packaged frozen at 0ºf or below. Thawed shelf life: 30 days refrigerated at 38ºf or below. Once refrigerated package is opened, item must be consumed in 5 days. Once thawed, do not refreeze. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
