Mild and wild, Alaska Pollock fillets perform well in nearly every fish preparation, for any restaurant sector. Since it cooks up easily from frozen, you can add them to your menu in a flash.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Pan Fry

From Frozen: Oil a non-stick pan and preheat to medium-high. Cook loin portions 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway through. For best results, do not flour. From Thawed: Oil a non-stick pan and preheat to medium-high. Cook loin portions 8-9 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway through. For best results, do not flour.

Convection oven

From Frozen: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place loin portions on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 13-20 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, top loin portions with sauce, seasoning, and/or crumbs prior to baking. From Thawed: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place loin portions on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, top loin portions with sauce, seasoning, and/or crumbs prior to baking.

Grill or Barbecue

From Frozen: Oil grill and preheat to 375°F. Grill loin portions 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway through. From Thawed: Oil grill and preheat to 375°F. Grill loin portions 8-9 minutes or until cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep Frozen At 0°F Until Ready To Use

To Thaw, Remove All Packaging and Refrigerate Below 38°F For 8-10 Hours Or Overnight. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2–3 days.
