Redi Grilled means ready to serve with our fully cooked Trident Redi Grilled Alaska Sockeye Salmon. Now you can have delicious grilled salmon fillets with no prep and no grill. Simply thaw and serve, or heat to serving temperature with your stovetop, microwave, or oven.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

From Thawed: At 350° F. Place the portions in a pan, add liquid to cover the bottom of pan, cover pan with lid or foil and cook for 10 minutes to reach 140°F.

Microwave

From Thawed: Place the portion on a microwave-safe plate, cover, and microwave at 50% power for 1½ minutes to reach 140°F

Stove Top

From Frozen: Place one package of frozen unopened vacuum-packed salmon portions in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from package and serve.

Microwave

From Frozen: Times and temperatures vary greatly with microwave equipment. Puncture the vacuum package and microwave on 50% power until 140°F.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 140°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Keep frozen below 0°F

Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging, thaw under refrigeration. Maintain below 38°F.
