Ingredients

  • 12 Pieces Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz

  • 4 Fennel, thinly shaved, fronds reserved

  • 8 Naval oranges, segmented

  • 2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Juice of 4 Lemons

  • 2-3 Tbsp Harissa

  • 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Micro cilantro

  • Fennel Fronds

  • Fennel Pollen

Directions

  1. Combine fennel, orange segments, cucumbers, salt, pepper, lemons, harissa and olive oil.

  2. Divide between 12 plates, top with fish, cilantro, fennel fronds and fennel pollen.
