Ingredients
12 Pieces Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz
4 Fennel, thinly shaved, fronds reserved
8 Naval oranges, segmented
2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
Juice of 4 Lemons
2-3 Tbsp Harissa
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Micro cilantro
Fennel Fronds
Fennel Pollen
Directions
Combine fennel, orange segments, cucumbers, salt, pepper, lemons, harissa and olive oil.
Divide between 12 plates, top with fish, cilantro, fennel fronds and fennel pollen.
