Wild Alaska Cod makes an excellent ingredient in seafood Salads and Casseroles. Cod Chowder with Black Beans and Corn. Sauteed with Carmelized Onions. Grilled Cod with Brie-Tomato Pasta. Parmesan Baked. Lemon Garlic. Honey Mustard. Sour Cream & Herb. Pepper Crusted. Fish 'n Chips and Fish Tacos.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 400° F.

Poach

In large skillet boil 2-3 inches water. Add seasoned Cod, cover with lid. Reduce heat, simmer until done.

Deep Fry

Fry at 350°F until outside is golden brown and Cod flakes easily with fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at 0° F or below until ready to use

Remove the product from all packaging and place it on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days.
