Ingredients

  • 12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 2 tsp Wasabi Paste

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 6 Cups Sushi Rice

  • 3 Mango (pitted, peeled & diced)

  • 2-3 English Cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 Bunch Scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix together the soy, vinegar, wasabi and sesame oil and pour over the Pollock.

  2. To serve, fill bowls with 6 oz (1 cup) rice, 4 oz. Pollock, 2 oz. mangoes, 1 oz. cucumber and top with scallions and ikura.

  3. Serve with sriracha mayo.
