Ingredients
12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Pollock, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Wasabi Paste
1 tsp Sesame Oil
6 Cups Sushi Rice
3 Mango (pitted, peeled & diced)
2-3 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Bunch Scallions, thinly sliced
Directions
Mix together the soy, vinegar, wasabi and sesame oil and pour over the Pollock.
To serve, fill bowls with 6 oz (1 cup) rice, 4 oz. Pollock, 2 oz. mangoes, 1 oz. cucumber and top with scallions and ikura.
Serve with sriracha mayo.
