Wild Alaska Pollock Kimchi Fish n' Chips

Ingredients

  • 24 PubHouse® Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets 2-3oz

  • 3 Cups Mayonnaise

  • 3 Tbsp Gochugaru

  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang

  • 16 oz Kimchi

  • Fry Batter (for kimchi)

  • 3 lb French Fries

  • Lemon Wedges

  • Sesame Seeds (Black)

Directions

  1. Stir together the mayonnaise, gochugaru, and gochujang.

  2. Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden.

  3. Serve 2 pieces PubHouse® Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, fries, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and gochugaru.
