Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup corn flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 1/2 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood

  • 1 cup grated sweet onion

  • 1 cup roasted corn kernels

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion

  • 2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh garlic

  • 2 large large eggs

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in electric mixer until incorporated and uniform.

  2. Using a 1 oz scoop, measure batter and drop into 350-degree oil for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until golden brown and an internal temp of 165 is reached.
