Ingredients
1 1/2 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 pound SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood
1 cup grated sweet onion
1 cup roasted corn kernels
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp grated fresh garlic
2 large large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in electric mixer until incorporated and uniform.
Using a 1 oz scoop, measure batter and drop into 350-degree oil for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until golden brown and an internal temp of 165 is reached.
