  • Limeade Sour Cream

  • 12 Tortillas - Flour

  • French Fries

Directions

  1. Fry PubHouse® Golden Ale Beer Battered Wild Alaska Pollock according to instructions on the packaging

  2. Toss in Southwest seasoning

  3. Top with cabbage & cilantro, queso fresco and limeade Sour Cream.

  4. Serve on a flour tortilla with Thick Cut Fries.
