Dutch Harbor Redi Grilled™ Salmon Avocado Panini

Ingredients
4 Ounces Cilantro, chopped
4 Ounces Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Ounce Mint Leaves, chopped
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Capers, drained & chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
12 Panini Rolls (split + toasted)
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
3 Avocado, peeled, pitted & sliced
6 Tomatoes (sliced)
12 Redi Grilled™ Wild Alaska Salmon, Fully Cooked Portion, 4 oz
Directions
Mix together cilantro, parsley, mint, garlic, vinegar, oil and capers and season.
Prepare Redi Grilled Salmon per label instructions.
Spread cut sides of Panini rolls with mayo, and top with avocado slices, tomatoes, salmon and vinaigrette. Cover with a roll top.
Serve with extra vinaigrette for dipping.
