Salmon Banh Mi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, shredded

  • 1/2 Cup Radish, shredded

  • 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar

  • 4 Trident Seafoods® Alaska Salmon Burgers

  • 2 teaspoon Sugar

  • 4 Small Baguettes (10 inch)

Directions

  1. To make pickled carrot mix: Mix carrot and radish, with salt and half the sugar until softened. Stir in remaining sugar, and vinegar, until sugar and salt dissolve. cover and chill for at least 20 min.

  2. Cook Salmon burgers according to instructions. Cut into bite-size pieces.

  3. To assemble: Split baguettes down the middle lengthwise, divide pickled carrot mixture and salmon burger pieces into each of the 4 baguettes. Serve
