Louis Kemp® Crab Delights Casserole
45 minutes 4-6 servings
Ingredients
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced green chilis
3/4 cup milk
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
12 oz Crab Delights, flake style
3 cups cooked egg noodles
Crushed potato chips for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter and add onion and celery. Sauté until tender. Add flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushroom soup, green chilis, milk, parsley, and Crab Delights. Mix and add noodles.
Place in oven proof dish and sprinkle with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes, until heated through.
