Fish Stick Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks

  • 8 egg roll wrappers

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce or soy sauce (for dipping)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Trident Seafoods Ultimate Fish Sticks according to the package instructions. Set them aside to cool slightly.

  2. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you (like a diamond shape). Place a small amount of shredded lettuce or cabbage in the center of the wrapper. Add a few julienned carrots, cucumber slices, and a few cilantro leaves on top of the lettuce. Place one cooked fish stick on top of the vegetables.

  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides. Brush the top corner of the wrapper with the beaten egg, then roll the wrapper tightly to seal the eggroll. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make additional egg rolls.

  4. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the egg rolls in the skillet, seam side down. Fry the egg rolls for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the eggrolls from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

  5. Serve the Fish Stick Egg Rolls immediately with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Enjoy your crispy and flavorful Fish Stick Egg Rolls!
