KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

Place halibut in baking dish in a preheated oven at 400°F. It is not necessary turn halibut during cooking.

Pan-Fry

Sauté halibut in oil, butter or margarine over medium high heat. Turn halibut for even browning halfway through cooking

Grill or Barbecue

Place halibut on well greased grill a few inches above hot coals. Turn once halfway through cooking time.

Broil

Broil halibut 4 inches from heat. Brush halibut with oil, butter, margarine or marinade several times during cooking.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at 0 °F or below until ready to use

Thaw in the refrigerator. Keep thawed product refrigerated below 38°F and use within 2–3 days.
