Ingredients

  • 3 cup mayonnaise

  • 12 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3/4 cup chopped kosher dill pickles

  • 3 teaspoon kosher dill pickle juice

  • 3 each lemon zest and juice

  • 3 tablespoon sugar

  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Bites

  • 9 cup prepared mashed potatoes

  • 3 cup Louis Kemp® Super Shreds Surimi Seafood 7929692400

  • 1 1/2 cup finely crumbled feta cheese

  • 6 each eggs, beaten

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • Oil for frying

Directions

Lemon Garlic Tartar Sauce: Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bites: Combine all ingredients except egg, panko, and oil. Roll into approximately 1.5-inch balls. Roll balls in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with Lemon-Garlic Tartar Sauce
