The Big Salmon Breakfast Sandwich

Breakfast sandwiches get the salmon treatment in this breakfast or brunch entrée. Plus, simple prep makes this recipe an easy way to serve up a meal that’s both high in protein and high in omega-3s.


1  Box Trident Seafoods® Alaskan Salmon Burgers 11.2 oz
1  Each English Muffin (Halved & Toasted)
2  Each Eggs (Scrambled)
1  Slices Cheddar Cheese (Sliced)
1  Slices Tomato Slices
1  Slices Red Onions (Thinly Sliced)


Place 1 Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burger ( cooked according to package directions) on half of toasted muffin. Layer eggs, cheese, tomato and onion over burger; top with remaining half of muffin.

Makes one sandwich.
