4 oz Wild Alaska Pollock Burger: IQF 421800.


12  Each 4 oz Wild Alaska Pollock Burger: IQF 421800
1 1/2  Cups Mayonnaise
2  Teaspoon Cumin (Ground)
   Salt & Pepper
12  Each Burger Rolls (split and toasted)
12  Cups Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)
3  Each Avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
3/4  Cup BBQ Sauce
18  oz Battered Onion Rings
   Cilantro Sprigs


Prepare burgers and onion rings per package instructions

Combine mayonnaise, cumin, and salt & pepper.

Spread mayo mixture on cut sides of buns. Add Romaine leaves, avocado, Pollock burger, BBQ sauce, onion rings and cilantro sprigs. Cover with top of bun and serve.
