Alaskan Pollock & Swiss Burger


4 oz Wild Alaska Pollock Burger: IQF 421800.


1 1/2  Cups Mayonnaise
1/4  Cup Hungarian Pickled Peppers Oil
   Salt & Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
12  Slices Swiss Cheese
12  Each Seeded Rolls (split and toasted)
24  Slices Bacon (cooked)
12  oz Hungarian Pickled Peppers (drained)
12  Each 4 oz Wild Alaska Pollock Burger: IQF 421800


Combine mayonnaise with pickled pepper oil*.

Grill or pan-fry burgers, top with cheese and melt.

Spread cut sides of rolls with mayo mixture. Add arugula, 2 slices bacon, burger, 1 oz peppers and the top of the roll.

*Reserve the oil when draining the Hungarian pickled peppers.
