3  lb String Beans
6  Cloves Garlic, minced
1.5  oz Ginger, shredded
18   Dried Red Chiles
3  Tablespoon Szechuan Peppercorns
3  Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1  Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
To taste   Salt
   Steamed Rice


1. Stir-fry Redi Cuts™. Set aside, covered.

2. Stir fry garlic, ginger, dried red chiles, and peppercorns until fragrant. Add beans, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and salt. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until hot.

3. Re-add Redi-cuts and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.

4. Serve with rice.
