CONTAINS FISH (ALASKA POLLOCK), WHEAT. Thawing InstructionsDesigned to cook from frozen. Preparation and Cooking InstructionsCOOK FROM FROZEN. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 475 Degrees F. Place frozen product on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 11 - 13 minutes until crisp. Turn product half way through bake time for best results. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Place frozen product on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 To 11 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results. Microwave Oven: Cook 3 sticks on High power for 1.5 to 3 minutes. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 Degrees F. Fry frozen product for 3 to 4 minutes until product is golden brown. Oven temperature and cooking times may vary substantially. Internal temperature shoud be at least 165 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present. Serving SuggestionGreat plain or with your favorite sauces. Works well with nearly any side-dish.
