Wild Caught, Fully Cooked, Lightly Seasoned, and Fire Grill Marked Pollock Portions, Vacuum Packed.
Serve with your favorite side dish. Serve over caesar salad. Sandwich wrap or pita, seafood casseroles.
From Thawed - Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place thawed product on a pan and add liquid to cover the bottom of the pan, cover the pan with a lid or foil and cook for 10 minutes to reach 140 °F.
From frozen - Puncture the vacuum package and place it on a microwave-safe plate, cook at 50% power to reach 140 °F.
From frozen - Place one frozen unopened vacuum package of Pollock in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes. Carefully remove packaging and serve.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Thawing Instructions: Remove fully cooked Pollock portions from the plastic pouch and place the product in a shallow tray, cover and store in the refrigerator overnight After thawing the redi cooked Pollock portions are ready to serve. Keep refridgerated and use within 3 to 5 days.
