1/2  Cup Ranch Dressing
1/2  Cup Celery (Chopped)
1/2  Cup Dried Cherries (Coarsley Chopped)
1/4  Cup Nuts (Chopped)
1/4  Cup Ground Black Pepper
1/4  Cup Lemon Peel (Grated)
4  Each Pita Bread
1/2  Cup Red Cabbage (Shredded)

Directions

Flake 2 Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burgers (cooked according to package directions) and place in medium mixing bowl. Add celery, dried cherries, nuts, lemon peel, ranch dressing, and pepper; stir with fork until well mixed. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions; spoon into pita halves.
