Preparation and Cooking

Cooking Instructions:* KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.

PANFRY: In a pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil, cook 1-2 servings of frozen product over medium heat for approximately 10 ½ minutes, turning the product frequently..

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 400°F. Apply a light oil spray to an aluminum foil lined baking sheet; add frozen product and cook for approximately 9½ - 10 minutes. No turning of the product is required.

MICROWAVE OVEN: Cook 1 serving (7 bites) on high power for 1 ½ minutes. Cook 2 servings (14 bites) on high power for 2 ½ minutes.

* Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
