Preparation and Cooking

FROZEN INSTRUCTIONS *RECOMMENDED*
(KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE)
1. Remove sandwich from wrapper and discard wrapper. Set bun and cheese aside and place fish portion on microwave safe plate.
2. Microwave frozen fish portion on high for 70 seconds.
3. Reassemble sandwich with heated fish portion, cheese and bun. Return to microwave
and heat an additional 40 seconds.
4. Allow sandwich to cool for 1-2 minutes.

REFRIGERATED INSTRUCTIONS
PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR TO THAW OVERNIGHT.
Once thawed must use within 7 days.
1. Open one side of wrapper.
2. Place sandwich in open wrapper in microwave.
3. Microwave on high for 65 to 70 seconds.
4. Allow sandwich to cool for 1-2 minutes.

Instructions are based on 1100-Watt Microwave. Microwave power / efficiency and heating times may vary substantially.
