Preparation and Cooking

Cooking Instructions:* KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.

COOK FROM FROZEN (PREFERRED METHOD): Remove the product from all packaging. Preheat conventional
oven or grill to 425°F (medium-high heat). Allow 20 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness.

COOK FROM THAWED:* Remove the product from all packaging and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days.
Preheat conventional oven or grill to 425 °F (medium-high heat). Allow 10 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
* Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 145 °F.) We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Food Safety

Keep frozen at 0 °F until ready to use.
