Preparation and Cooking

Preparation Instructions:* KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE.
TO SERVE COLD: Our fully cooked salmon fillet(s) are ready to serve cold after following the thawing instructions below.
TO THAW: Do not thaw in the sealed vacuum packaging. Remove all packaging and place the salmon fillet(s) on a plate, cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
TO HEAT FROM THAWED:*
Stovetop: Place thawed salmon fillet(s) in pan with ½” water over medium-high heat. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave (1200Watt)*: Place thawed salmon fillet(s) on microwave safe dish, cover and microwave at 50% power for 1-1 ½ minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
TO HEAT FROM FROZEN:*
Stovetop: Remove all packaging and place the salmon fillet(s) in pan with ½” water over medium-high heat. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave (1200Watt)*: Remove all packaging and place the salmon fillet(s) on a microwave safe dish, cover and Microwave at 50% power for 3-3 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.

* Heating times and temperatures and microwave power and efficiency may vary substantially.

Food Safety

Keep frozen at 0° F or below until ready to use.
Remove the product from all packaging and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Keep thawed product refrigerated. For best quality use within 3 to 5 days.
