2  Pieces Batter Redi™ Alaskan Pollock (1/22 lb) 424915
3  Cups Flour
3  Cups Cornstarch
3   Eggs
3  Cans Beer
1  Tablespoon Kosher salt


1. Add flour, cornstarch, beer, eggs, and salt to a bowl. Mix well.

2. Dip individual Alaskan Pollock pieces into batter. Deep fry at 375°F.

3. Serve with French fries and dipping sauce.
