12   Alaska Pollock Burger 4oz (1/10 lb) 421800
1 1/2  Cups Mayonnaise
2/3  Cup Tapenade
   Green Leaf Lettuce (Whole Leaves)
12   Burger Buns (Toasted)
12   Eggs, Fried, Sunny-side Up
12   Tomato Slices
   Spicy Microgreens


1. Combine mayonnaise and tapenade. Spread on cut sides of buns and cover bottom buns with lettuce and tomato. Top cooked Pollock burger, egg, microgreens and burger top.
