Preparation and Cooking

Cook From Frozen. Deep fry: heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen product for 5 1/2 to 8 minutes until product is golden brown. Shake baskets occasionally to prevent product pieces from sticking together.
Cook product to an internal temperature of 145°F.
We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
