Trident Seafoods' Panko Breaded Pollock portions offer a light, crispy alternative to traditional battered-and-breaded fish. Our unique Japanese-style breading is more flake than crumb, providing a crisp, highly textured coating without adding undue bulk or "cake" to the fish. The result is a lighter, crunchier portion that cooks up hot, flaky and tender on the inside.

Preparation and Cooking

Convection oven- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place frozen product on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Turn product over halfway through bake time for best results.
