Preparation and Cooking

Remove the product from the packaging and cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Oven and grill temperatures vary, please adjust cooking times accordingly. Preheat oven or grill
From thawed, allow 10 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness at 350°F.
From frozen, allow 20 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness at 350°F.
The fish should be opaque, moist and flake easily when tested with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Food Safety

Keep frozen at 0° F or below until ready to use
Thaw before cooking. Do not cook from frozen
To thaw, open package, refrigerate 8-10 hours
